Common use of XXXXXXX II Clause in Contracts

XXXXXXX II. When Employees are assigned to work that requires seven or more Employees, one Employee shall be designated as Xxxxxxx and paid Xxxxxxx wages. Xxxxxxx shall be in a capacity to be able to observe the safety and work of the crew. He/she shall not leave the work site for long periods of time nor function as an Equipment Operator.
