Sub-Xxxxxxx. An employee in charge of an Exchange who reports to a Xxxxxxx in another adjacent Exchange or Centre, or an employee assigned to assist a Xxxxxxx in the direction of work affected by this schedule, shall be paid a differential of one dollar and fifty- five cents ($1.55) per hour above his/her Technician rate. In order to provide employees with the opportunity to develop new skills, the assignment of Sub-Xxxxxxx duties within a location will be rotated among interested employees of the location, for a duration not to exceed twelve (12) months. Any extensions to the twelve (12) month duration, must be agreed to by the Company and the Union. To be considered for a Sub-Xxxxxxx assignment, interested employees must possess the necessary qualifications.
Sub-Xxxxxxx. A Journeyman having charge of work for the time being and responsible to the Line Xxxxxxx and Operations Manager and General Xxxxxxx, he or she having charge of not less than two (2) and not more than four (4) other employees being Journeyman, Apprentices, Equipment Operators or Utility Servicemen.
Sub-Xxxxxxx. A journeyman lineman having charge of not more than four other tradesmen, whether journeymen, groundmen or apprentices, or not more than twelve labourers. He shall use tools a his discretion and shall be responsible for the safe, efficient and expeditious executive of work by the men under his jurisdiction.
Sub-Xxxxxxx. An employee in charge of an afternoon shift of four or more employees, including in a secondary school. A labourer assigned in charge of an afternoon ,shift in an elementary school, where the employee in charge of the school is a Sub-Xxxxxxx II and where the daily employee hours on the afternoon shift exceeds eight hours shall be paid Lead Hand allowance of cents per hour. Xxxxxxx I: An employee assigned to and in charge of an elementary school where the daily employee hours equal or exceed eight (effective from the date of appointment and assignment) or a combination of any of the following: a large multi- building school (excluding portables) a school with twenty-two ( 2 2 ) or more teaching areas; a school, the design of which tends to increase the responsibility and workload of the incumbent.
Sub-Xxxxxxx. An employee in charge of the afternoon shift of fewer than four (4) employees (including himself), in a secondary school. An employee in charge of an elementary school with fifteen (15) or more teaching areas, or as mutually agreed between the Board and the Union, or where the physical layout of the building demands more responsibility than that for a Sub-Xxxxxxx I.
Sub-Xxxxxxx. An employee, within the meaning of the Labour Relations Act, who is a Journeyman in his trade and who has charge of not more than five other employees . A sub-Xxxxxxx is responsible for seeing that the work of the employees under his charge is carried on safely and efficiently.

Sub-Xxxxxxx. The Employer, at his discretion, may employ Sub-Foremen as required on the job. The minimum period of time shall be eight (8) hours.
Sub-Xxxxxxx. The Employer, at his discretion, may employ Sub-Foremen as required on the job. They will be members of the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Local 2, Michigan and shall be a practical mechanic of the trade.
Sub-Xxxxxxx. Where twelve (12) men are employed on a job for four (4) consecutive days, one of them shall be designated by the Employer as SUB-XXXXXXX and shall receive a minimum of $1.75 more than the journeyman's rate. For each eleven (11) men above twelve (12) employed on a job for four (4) consecutive days, an additional SUB-XXXXXXX shall be designated by the Employer, and shall receive a minimum of $1.75 more than the journeyman's rate. The Sub-Xxxxxxx rate shall expire for a journeyman when the number of men triggering this classification is reduced by six (6) or more men.
