XXXXXXXX FAIR EMPLOYMENT PRINCIPLES. This section does not apply if Vendor is a not-for-profit corporation or governmental entity. Pursuant to the XxxXxxxx Fair Employment Principles (Section 165 of the New York State Finance Law), Vendor warrants that it (i) has no business operations in Northern Ireland, or (ii) shall take lawful steps in good faith to conduct any business operations in Northern Ireland in accordance with the XxxXxxxx Fair Employment Principles, and shall permit independent monitoring of compliance with such principles by NYC Health + Hospitals or the City.
