XXXXXXXX REVIEW Services. Consultant shall: consult with and make recommendations to Owner, during the duration of the Construction Contract warranty period, concerning inadequate performance of materials, systems, and equipment under warranty; perform inspections prior to expiration of the warranty period to ascertain adequacy of performance of materials, systems, and equipment; and document defects or deficiencies and assist Owner in preparing instructions to the Contractor for correction of noted defects.
