XXXXXXXX'S APPOINTMENT. The Authority hereby appoints the Supplier as a potential provider of the Services and the Supplier shall be eligible to be considered for the award of Orders for such Services by the Authority and Other Contracting Bodies during the Term and in consideration of the Supplier agreeing to enter into this Framework Agreement and to perform its obligations under it the Authority agrees to pay and the Supplier agrees to accept on the signing of this Framework Agreement the sum of one (£1.00) pound sterling (receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the Supplier).

XXXXXXXX'S APPOINTMENT. 2.1 The Authority hereby appoints the Supplier as a potential provider of the Goods and/or Services and the Supplier shall be eligible to be considered for the award of Orders for such Services Call Off Agreements by the Authority and Other Contracting Bodies during the Term and in Framework Period. 2.2 In consideration of the Supplier agreeing to enter into this Framework Agreement and to perform its obligations under it the Authority agrees to pay and the Supplier agrees to accept on the signing of this Framework Agreement the sum of one pound (£1.00) pound sterling (receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the Supplier).

XXXXXXXX'S APPOINTMENT. 5.1 The Contracting Authority hereby appoints the Supplier as a potential provider supplier of the Services and the Supplier shall be eligible to be considered for the award of Orders for such Services by the Contracting Authority and Other Contracting Bodies Participating Authorities during the Term and in Term. 5.2 In consideration of the Supplier agreeing to enter into this Framework Agreement and to perform its obligations under it the Contracting Authority agrees to pay and the Supplier agrees to accept on the signing of this Framework Agreement the sum of one pound (£1.00) pound sterling (receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the Supplier).

In consideration of the Supplier agreeing to enter into this Framework Agreement and to perform its obligations under it the Authority agrees to pay and the Supplier agrees to accept on the signing of this Framework Agreement the sum of one pound (£1.00) pound sterling (receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the Supplier).

XXXXXXXX'S APPOINTMENT. 3.1 The Authority hereby appoints the Supplier as a potential provider of the Vehicle Hire Services and the Supplier shall be eligible to be considered for the award of Orders for such Services Call-Off Agreements by the Authority and Other Contracting Bodies Authority(s) during the Term and in Framework Period. 3.2 In consideration of the Supplier agreeing to enter into this Framework Agreement and to perform its obligations under it the Authority agrees to pay and the Supplier agrees to accept on the signing of this Framework Agreement the sum of one pound (£1.00) pound sterling (receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the Supplier).

The Authority hereby appoints the Supplier as a the potential provider of the Available Services in accordance with the Charging Structure and the Supplier shall be eligible to be considered for the award of Orders for such Available Services by the Authority and Other Contracting Bodies during the Term and in consideration of the Supplier agreeing to enter into this Framework Agreement and to perform its obligations under it the Authority agrees to pay and the Supplier agrees to accept on the signing of this Framework Agreement the sum of one Five pounds (£1.00) pound sterling (receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the Supplier5.00).
