Xxxxxxxxxxxx Contact with Students. “Unsupervised contact” with students means contact that provides the person opportunity and probability for personal communication or touch with District students when not under direct District supervision. As required by District policy, University shall ensure that University, any subcontractors, and their officers, employees, students, and agents will have no direct, unsupervised contact with District students while on District property. University will work with District to ensure compliance with this requirement. University authorizes District to obtain information about University and its history and to conduct a criminal background check, including fingerprinting, of any University officers, employees, students, or agents who may have unsupervised contact with District students. University shall cause its employees, students, and/or subcontractors, if any, to authorize District to conduct these background checks. University shall pay all fees for processing the background check. District may invoice the cost of such fees to University under this Agreement, unless University elects to pay such fees directly.

University shall require a criminal background check, including fingerprinting for any University officers, employees, students, or agents who will be onsite at District schools and who may have unsupervised contact with District students. If District will conduct checks, then University shall cause its employees, students, and/or subcontractors, if any, to authorize District to conduct these background checks.
Xxxxxxxxxxxx Contact with Students. “Unsupervised contact” with students means contact that provides the person opportunity and probability for personal communication or touch with District students when not under direct District supervision. As required by District policy, College shall inform its subcontractors, and their officers, employees, students, and agents of the District’s policy strict prohibition of direct, unsupervised contact with District students while on District property. College will work with District to share information to support compliance with this requirement. College authorizes District to obtain information about College and its history and to conduct a criminal background check, including fingerprinting, of any College officers, employees, students, or agents who may have unsupervised contact with District students. College shall cause any applicable employees to authorize district to conduct any required background checks. College shall inform its students, and/or subcontractors, if any, of their obligation to authorize District to conduct these background checks. College shall pay all fees for processing the background check for its employees, and its students or others shall pay such fees directly to the District. District may invoice the cost of such employee fees to College under this Agreement, unless College elects to pay such fees directly.
