Fesih, malzemenin reddedilmesi nedeniyle olmuşsa malzeme bedeli YÜKLENİCİ tarafından kendisine ödendiği tarihten İDARE’ye geri ödediği tarihe kadar geçen günlere ait kanunî faizi ile birlikte geri verilir. YÜKLENİCİ feshi müteakip yukarıda belirtilen ödemeleri yaptıktan sonra reddedilen malzeme Türkiye’de teslim birliğinde ise bu malzemeyi buradan alarak her türlü masraflar kendisine ait olmak üzere yurt dışına gönderir. For foreign contractors; in case termination is resulted from the rejection of the goods, the cost of the goods shall be reimbursed with the legal interest occurring between the payment date and the reimbursement date to the Contracting Entity. Following the termination of contract, the CONTRACTOR, after making the above-mentioned payments, shall send the rejected items abroad and all costs shall be borne by the Contractor if such items are at delivery point in TURKEY.
