Common use of Year, Month Clause in Contracts

Year, Month. Week and Day, unless otherwise provided in this agreement, the word Ayear@ shall be construed to mean a calendar year of 365 days, the word “month” shall be construed to mean a calendar month, the word “week” shall be construed to mean a calendar week of 7 days, and the word “day” shall be construed to mean a period of 24 hours running from midnight to midnight.
