Term of Agreement and Definitions. ‌ 1.1 This agreement becomes effective January 1, 2021 and shall continue in effect until August 31, 2024 and thereafter until revised in accordance with The Education Act, 1995. 1.2 Unless the context otherwise requires, all terms and expressions used in this Agreement shall have the same meanings as are given to them in The Education Act, 1995, and any amendments thereto.
