Less than 1 Year 1 week Years 2 – 3 2 weeks Years 4 – 5 3 weeks Over 5 Years 4 weeks If an employee is 45 years or older and has completed at least two years continuous service with the employer, the employee will receive one additional week’s notice. Casual employees are entitled to and or required to give 1 days notice only.
