  • CONTRACT PERIOD AND RENEWALS The Contract(s) shall be in effect for three (3) years, unless terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions. If mutually agreed between OGS and the Contractor, the Contract may be renewed under the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional one years. All obligations of the Contractor incurred or existing under the Contract as of the date of expiration, termination or cancellation will survive the termination, expiration or conclusion of the Contract.
