You agree. POSSESSION 1. To take possession of the Premises at the commencement of the tenancy and not to part with the possession of the Premises or sublet the whole of the Premises. RENT 2. To pay the Rent weekly in advance. 3. If you are Joint Tenants you are each responsible for all the rent and for any rent arrears. We can recover all rent arrears owed for the Premises from any individual Joint Tenant.
