Maintenance of License. PathNet shall maintain in good standing each Microwave Radio Station License relating to the System, including, but not limited to, preparing and filing any required amendments to the Forms 415 relating to the System and submitting and filing any supplementary information as required by the FCC.

Maintenance of License. You agree to maintain, and submit to us upon request, evidence of licensure, accreditation, registration, certification, and all other credentials sufficient to meet all applicable federal and state laws and regulations and our credential verification program requirements.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if such failure is a result of Progenics not having obtained a third party license necessary to make, use or sell Licensed Products and reasonable evidence is submitted by Progenics to CBC that such license can be obtained in a reasonable period of time, Progenics may request that the Grace Period be extended for a period of time set forth in the request. CBC shall not unreasonably withhold its consent to such extension but in no event shall the Grace Period exceed one year. CBC shall not unreasonably withhold its consent to any reasonable revision in the preceding schedule requested in writing by Progenics and supported by reasonable evidence of technical difficulties or delays in the clinical studies or regulatory process that could have not have been reasonably anticipated or avoided, (as for example, should the clinical studies for the first Licensed Product be unsuccessful, the parties shall establish a reasonable schedule for the second Licensed Product). Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBC shall not have the right to terminate the license for failure of Progenics to meet a goal if such failure is a result of.' (i) CBC's failure to meet its obligations hereunder, or (ii) an action brought by a third party claiming that the use of the Adjuvant in Licensed Products infringed a patent of such third party.
Maintenance of License. Borrower fails to maintain any license or permit from the Illinois Gaming Board or any other such regulatory governmental authority required to conduct Borrower’s business as conducted as of the date here, including, and without limiting the foregoing, the Terminal Operator License issued by the Illinois Gaming Board is surrendered or suspended for more than thirty (30) days, Borrower receives a final written order from the Illinois Gaming Board that Borrower’s license is or will be revoked, or will not be renewed.
