Your cooperation. (a) You must give us all reasonable cooperation that we require in order to provide a Service to You, and fixing any problems that arise, and resolving any disputes that may arise or complaints that you may have.
(b) You acknowledge that, where a Service is a carriage service within the meaning of the Telecommunications Act, we or a Partner may be required:
(i) to intercept communications over the Service, and
(ii) monitor usage of the Service and communications over it.
Your cooperation. You acknowledge that your timely provision of (and our access to) your facilities, equipment, assistance, cooperation, data, information and materials from your officers, agents, and employees (the “Cooperation”) is essential to Splunk’s performance of the C&I Services. We will not be liable for any delay or deficiency in performing the C&I Services if you do not provide the necessary Cooperation. As part of the Cooperation, you will (1) designate a project manager or technical lead to liaise with us while we perform the C&I Services; (2) allocate and engage additional resources as may be required to assist us in performing the C&I Services; and (3) making available to us any data, information and any other materials reasonably required by us to perform the C&I Services, including any data, information or materials specifically identified in the Statement of Work.
Your cooperation. 4.1 You shall provide Us with necessary information and documentation reasonably requested in order for Us to fulfill Our obligations hereunder. Should Our ability to fulfill Our obligations be affected by any products or services rendered by a third party to You, You are responsible to retain the information and documentation as requested by Us.
4.2 You shall ensure that the personnel used by You for the co- operation with Us has appropriate competence and training for assigned tasks in order for Us to receive the requested information and/or documentation. You are allowed to appoint a certain number of individuals in Your organization with the appropriate power of authority to a) issue Service Requests and/or Change Requests and b) approve any changes to Your configuration as a consequence of resolving an Incident. The maximum number of individuals You may appoint depend on Your subscription as further detailed in the Order Form.
4.3 You shall notify Us of Incidents without undue delay following detection thereof. Such notification shall be made in accordance with Section 4.4
4.4 When reporting an Incident You shall, where applicable, provide Us with information from time to time reasonably requested by Us, including the following information in English;
a) the name of the person reporting the Incident;
b) a short description of the Incident and how it is manifested;
c) how the Incident can be reproduced or verified;
d) in what situations the Incident occurs;
e) the type of browser or device used (PC, smart phone etc.);
f) the effects of the Incident: and
g) any other relevant information (screen-prints, logs etc.). Incidents may only be reported for production tenants (i.e. not test, training or non-production tenants).

You shall provide Us with necessary information and documentation reasonably requested in order for Us to fulfill the Professional Services. You shall ensure that the personnel used by You for the co-operation with Us has appropriate competence and training for assigned tasks and the necessary power of authority in order for Us to receive the requested information and/or documentation. If any services by a third party vendor contracted by You are necessary for the execution of Activities or Deliverables, You shall manage and coordinate them at Your own cost.
Your cooperation. 15.15.1 You acknowledge and agree to provide the Company with any business information relating to your employment duties with the Company upon its request and to make yourself reasonably available to, and cooperate with, the Company and its respective representatives on an as needed basis with respect to any matter for which you had responsibility, about which you have knowledge, and/or in which you were engaged on behalf of the Company during your employment with the Company.
15.15.2 You further agree to reasonably cooperate with the Company in any internal investigation or administrative, regulatory, or judicial proceeding. You understand and agree that your cooperation may include, but not be limited to, making yourself available to the Company upon reasonable notice for interviews, and factual investigations, appearing at the Company’s request to provide testimony without the necessity of receiving a subpoena, volunteering to the Company pertinent information, and turning over to the Company all relevant documents which may come into his possession.
15.15.3 You understand and agree that you will not receive any additional compensation/consideration for complying with the provisions in this Article 15.15.

You are allowed to appoint a certain number of individuals in Your organization with the appropriate power of authority to a) issue Service Requests and/or Change Requests and b) approve any changes to Your configuration as a consequence of resolving an Incident. start to be measured until duly fulfilled and (iii) any additional costs associated with a), b) and/or c) to fulfill any request by You will be charged.
Your cooperation. You must:
(a) provide nbn and us with reasonable assistance to allow nbn to complete installation; and
(b) if reasonably requested, be present personally or by an authorised adult representative during installation.
