Common use of Your cooperation Clause in Contracts

Your cooperation. 15.15.1 You acknowledge and agree to provide the Company with any business information relating to your employment duties with the Company upon its request and to make yourself reasonably available to, and cooperate with, the Company and its respective representatives on an as needed basis with respect to any matter for which you had responsibility, about which you have knowledge, and/or in which you were engaged on behalf of the Company during your employment with the Company. 15.15.2 You further agree to reasonably cooperate with the Company in any internal investigation or administrative, regulatory, or judicial proceeding. You understand and agree that your cooperation may include, but not be limited to, making yourself available to the Company upon reasonable notice for interviews, and factual investigations, appearing at the Company’s request to provide testimony without the necessity of receiving a subpoena, volunteering to the Company pertinent information, and turning over to the Company all relevant documents which may come into his possession. 15.15.3 You understand and agree that you will not receive any additional compensation/consideration for complying with the provisions in this Article 15.15.
