Common use of Your cooperation Clause in Contracts

Your cooperation. (a) You must give us all reasonable cooperation that we require in order to provide a Service to You, and fixing any problems that arise, and resolving any disputes that may arise or complaints that you may have. (b) You acknowledge that, where a Service is a carriage service within the meaning of the Telecommunications Act, we or a Partner may be required: (i) to intercept communications over the Service, and (ii) monitor usage of the Service and communications over it.
