Your Rights If You Are Dissatisfied With Your Credit Card Purchases If you are dissatisfied with the goods or services that you have purchased with your credit card, and you have tried in good faith to correct the problem with the merchant, you may have the right not to pay the remaining amount due on the purchase. Other Religious Observances (a) Employees who are members of non-Christian religions are entitled to up to two days leave without pay per calendar year to observe spiritual or holy days. Such leave shall not be unreasonably withheld. (b) A minimum of two weeks' notice is required for leave under this provision. Where two weeks' notice is not possible due to the unpredictable nature of the spiritual or holy days, then as much notice as possible shall be provided. (c) Employees granted leave under this provision may utilize or reschedule CTO, ETO, unused vacation or lieu days.
Respectful Workplace a. The Employer is committed to taking appropriate measures to create and maintain a workplace that is respectful and free from inappropriate workplace behavior for all Agency employees pursuant to the statewide policy titled ‘Maintaining a Professional Workplace Policy’ (50.010.03). b. If an Agency employee believes an Agency employee, supervisor or manager has violated the statewide policy titled ‘Maintaining a Professional Workplace’ (50.010.03), the employee shall submit a complaint pursuant to the process outlined in the policy. The Agency complaint form will be accessible to all employees both online and through the Agency’s Human Resources Office. c. The employee may have a Union representative present during regular work hours when reporting inappropriate workplace behavior and through the process outlined in this section. d. The Agency shall investigate the complaint and shall provide a written response to the employee filing the complaint within thirty (30) calendar days of the complaint being filed. When circumstances warrant it, the Agency may take additional time to complete the investigation in blocks of additional thirty (30) calendar days with notice to the Union. The response will include whether the complaint was substantiated and any relevant non confidential information pertaining to the remedial steps taken, if any. Repeated behavior or conduct shall be reported to the Agency Human Resource Office. e. For purposes of this Section, the grievance procedure in Subsection 6 replaces the grievance procedure outlined in the local agreement. (1) If the employee who filed the complaint believes that the Agency did not respond to the complaint or the complaint process was not followed, the Union, on behalf of the employee, may file a grievance directly with the Agency Head. The Agency Head or designee shall respond to the grievance within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the grievance. (2) If the employee continues to believe the Agency did not respond to the complaint or did not follow the complaint process, the Union, on behalf of the employee may, within fifteen (15) calendar days of the Agency Head or designee’s response, file the grievance with the Department of Administrative Services Labor Relations Unit. The grievance will be investigated and a response provided within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the grievance was appealed to the Department of Administrative Services. (3) If the Department of Administrative Services Labor Relations Unit’s response did not respond to the complaint or did not address whether the complaint process was followed, the Union may, within fifteen (15) calendar days, file an arbitration request with the Department of Administrative Services and send a copy to the Employment Relations Board asking for a list of seven
Terms of Employment This Section 2 sets forth the terms and conditions on which the Company agrees to employ Executive during the period (the "Protected Period") beginning on the first day during the Term of this Agreement on which a Change of Control occurs and ending on the second anniversary of that date, or such earlier date as Executive's employment terminates as contemplated by Section 3.
Information About Your Right to Dispute Errors In case of errors or questions about your electronic transactions, call (000) 000-0000, contact Oxygen Support via the in-app messaging feature or send an email message to: xxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx as soon as you can, if you think your statement or receipt is wrong or if you need more information about a transaction listed on the statement or receipt. We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we sent the FIRST statement on which the problem or error appeared. You will need to tell us: 1. Your name, the Account number and/or 16-digit Card number; 2. Describe the error or the transfer you are unsure about, and explain why you believe there is an error or why you need more information: and 3. The dollar amount of the suspected error. If you provide this information orally, we may require that you send your complaint or question in writing within ten (10) business days. We will determine whether an error occurred within ten (10) business days after we hear from you and will correct any error promptly. If we need more time, however, we may take up to forty-five (45) days to investigate your complaint or question. If we decide to do this, we will credit your Account within ten (10) business days for the amount you think is in error, so that you will have use of the money during the time it takes to complete the investigation. You will 3.4.1 perform all your obligations under the Contract, 3.4.2 follow our reasonable instructions, 3.4.3 provide us with up-to-date information, cooperation, support, and access, at your cost, to enable us to perform our obligations under the Contract, 3.4.4 provide us with office, information technology, and telecommunications facilities (including full remote access), at your cost, to enable us to perform our obligations under the Contract, 3.4.5 supply on an ongoing basis, at your cost, all space, power supply access points, cables, trunking, electricity, air conditioning and any other facility as may be defined following the site survey required to receive the Installation Service and the Service, and 3.4.6 keep full and up-to-date secure backup copies of the data on the Network in accordance with good industry practice, and 3.4.7 comply with and maintain compliance with all such laws and regulations that relate to their provision of telecommunications and other products or services supplied by us.
Employee and Family Assistance Program (a) A province-wide Employee and Family Assistance Program for employees and members of their immediate family, with whom the employee normally resides, shall be provided. (b) This Employer-funded, confidential, assessment/referral service will be monitored by a Joint Committee. The Committee shall consist of two members: one member appointed by the Employer and one member by the Union. Employees representing the Union on this Joint Committee shall be on leave of absence without loss of basic pay for time on this Committee. (c) The Employer will consult with the Union regarding the selection of a service provider. The Employer will not select a service provider to which the Union has reasonable objections. (d) The Joint Committee shall develop an awareness package that can be incorporated into existing supervisor and Union training programs.
