Your Reporting Obligations. We have obligations to report changes in the status of your property to our real estate board such as sales, conditional sales, and waiver of conditions, changes in selling price or closing date. In Section 15 of the Mere Posting Agreement sets out these obligations. You must provide this information to us within 24 hours of each event including a copy of any relevant documents.
