Standard of reporting. All reports provided by You under the Service Agreement must be of a standard and provided in a way reasonably acceptable to Us and provided electronically via Our online reporting systems (or in another format if agreed by Us) as specified in the Service Agreement or as otherwise notified to You by Us from time to time.   • Safeguards Monitoring and Reporting 8. The Borrower shall do the following or cause the Project Executing Agency to do the following:

  • Requirement to Utilize HUB Compliance Reporting System Pursuant to Texas Administrative Code, Title 34, Part 1, Sections 20.285(f) and 20.287(b), TFC administers monthly administration HSP-PAR compliance monitoring through its HUB Compliance Reporting System commonly known as B2G. PSP and PSP’s subcontractors/subconsultants shall submit required PAR information into the B2G system. Any delay in the timely submission of PAR information into the B2G system will be treated as an invoicing error subject to dispute under Texas Government Code Section 2251.042.

  • Time Reporting ‌ The Employer may require employees to accurately report time worked in accordance with a positive time reporting process as determined by the Agency.

  • Program Reporting Contractor shall provide such data as may be required by the Board, in the form required by the Board to fulfill its obligations as a public school district, as well as academic, financial and other program records and reports as requested by the Board for program accreditation, monitoring, payment, and auditing.
