Your supply. 8.1 Conditions of supply We can only supply to you if: • we have a relevant licence to supply the site(s) in accordance with the Gas Act 1986; • the relevant transporter approves supply to you; • we are registered as the sole supplier for each meter; • you provide us with the relevant meter number for each meter; and • the site(s) are connected to a transporter’s network.
