Youth Partner. Wrap OC Provider Agency staff that provides consistent, reinforcing support to Participant. Youth Partner shall assist Participant(s) in learning, practicing, and exhibiting pro-social behaviors, problem solving, and appropriate coping skills; mentor youth by modeling pro-social behavior, and encourage Participants to complete their Probation requirements, as may be applicable.
