Technical Assistance Meeting. A structured meeting with WRIT, the referring party, and the Wrap OC Provider Agency that requested the meeting when a Wrap OC Team has reached a challenge in the Wrap OC process with a particular family. The meeting is facilitated by WRIT and is designed to provide support and assistance in moving the Wrap OC team forward, including Participant and Participant’s family. The meeting shall be attended by the referring party and their supervisor, the Wrap OC Team’s Care Coordinator, Parent Partner, Youth Partner, Supervisor, and WRIT members.

  • Technical Assistance The State agrees to provide technical assistance regarding the State’s rules, regulations and policies to the Sub- Recipient and to assist in the correction of problem areas identified by the State’s monitoring activities.

  • Training and Technical Assistance COALITION will notify PROVIDER of the availability of training, technical assistance, and other targeted assistance in support of the provision of quality VPK services.   • Project Managers; Meetings 10.1 Promptly following the Effective Date, each Party shall designate a Project Manager responsible for coordinating the Party’s Work and shall provide the other Party with a written notice containing the name and contact information of such Project Manager (“Project Manager”). In no event shall any Project Manager be authorized to amend or modify the provisions of this Agreement. Each Party may change its Project Manager, from time to time, by written notice to the other Party.

  • Assistance in Assault Cases 1. Principals shall be required to report all cases of assault suffered by the employee in connection with their employment to the Executive Director of Personnel and to the Office of the Counsel.

  • Labour Management Meetings The committee meeting shall normally be held every second month however, either party may call a meeting of the Joint Labour Management Committee. The meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement but no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the initial request, unless mutually agreed.

  • Orientation Meeting Within thirty (30) calendar days from execution of the Contract, Vendor and Order Fulfillers will be required to attend an orientation meeting to discuss the content and procedures of the Contract to include reporting requirements. DIR, at its discretion, may waive the orientation requirement for Vendors who have previously held DIR contracts. The meeting will be held in the Austin, Texas area at a date and time mutually acceptable to DIR and the Vendor or by teleconference, at DIR’s discretion. DIR shall bear no cost for the time and travel of the Vendor or Order Fulfillers for attendance at the meeting.

  • Educational Assistance Plan The state shall provide up to six credit hours of tuition-free courses per term at a state university or community college to full-time employees on a space available basis as authorized by law.
