Common use of YUKON BONUS Clause in Contracts

YUKON BONUS. A Yukon bonus means a cash payment of for the employee and for any child of hers currently living with her, up to a maximum of three children. For the purposes of this Article, a child means any natural child of the employee under the age of years and includes a step-child, a xxxxxx child and an adopted child. An employee hired after the date of signing this agreement who completes year of continuous service with the employer shall be entitled to a Yukon bonus on each anniversary date thereafter. Employees on staff at the date of signing this agreement are eligible for a Yukon bonus under this Article on their first anniversary date following the signing of this agreement, and each anniversary date thereafter. Employees who are not full time employees who become eligible for a Yukon bonus under Clause or shall receive a Yukon bonus on a prorated basis based upon the number of hours worked in relation to a full time employee, and full employees on leave without pay shall receive a pro-rated Yukon bonus based upon hours worked. A Yukon bonus shall be payable to the employee on her anniversary date, or such later date as requested by the employee. ARTICLE
