Common use of Úplnost smlouvy Clause in Contracts

Úplnost smlouvy. This Agreement, including any exhibits and schedules hereto, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement supersedes and cancels all previous agreements among the parties, written and oral in respect of the subject matter hereof. In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and the attached Protocol MK-3475-062, site number 0391 (Exhibit A), the terms of the Protocol shall have precedence with respect to Study subject care matters and the terms of this Agreement shall have precedence with respect to all other matters. In case of disaccord between the Czech and English version of this Agreement the Czech version prevails.
