Procedures for Providing LNP ( “Long-term Number Portability”). The Parties will follow the LNP provisioning process recommended by the North American Numbering Council (NANC) and adopted by the FCC. In addition, the Parties agree to follow the LNP ordering procedures established at the OBF. The Parties shall provide LNP on a reciprocal basis.
RECOGNITION AND MEMBERSHIP (TA 5/9/19) 16 Section 1. Nature and Purpose of the Processing The purpose of the Processing of Company Personal Data by Service Provider is the performance of the Services pursuant to the Agreement.
RECOGNITION AND APPLICATION A. For purposes of this agreement only, and subject to the provisions of Chapter 288 of the Nevada Revised Statutes, the County and the unincorporated town of Jackpot recognize the Association as the bargaining agent for the employees scheduled to work at least 1040 hours or more during the fiscal year (hereinafter referred to as “regular employees”), employed in the classifications set forth in Exhibit “A” to negotiate in respect to those mandatory subjects of bargaining set forth in NRS Section 288.150(2), but excluding District Court and juvenile probation appointees of the Fourth Judicial District, volunteers, department heads, elected officials, supervisory and administrative employees, temporary employees and employees who have decided pursuant to NRS 288.140(2) to act for themselves with respect to any condition of their employment.
Recognition and Negotiations The Employer or anyone authorized to act on their behalf recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agency for its employees classified and covered by this Agreement. The Employer agrees to negotiate with the Union or anyone authorized to act on behalf of the Union, in any and all matters affecting the relationship between the parties to this Agreement.
Mechanisms for Cooperation 1. Pursuant to Article 149 (Objectives), the Parties hereby establish a Committee on Cooperation comprising representatives of each Party. 2. The Parties will designate nationals contact points to facilitate communication on possible cooperation activities. The contact points will work with government agencies, business sector representatives and educational and research institutions for the operation of this Chapter. 3. The Parties shall use diplomatic channels to promote dialogue and cooperation consistent with this Agreement. 4. The Committee shall have the following functions: (a) to monitor and assess the progress in implementing of the cooperation projects agreed by the Parties; (b) to establish rules and procedures for the conduct of its work; (c) to make recommendations of the cooperation activities under this Chapter, in accordance with the strategic priorities of the Parties; and (d) to review through regular reporting from the Parties, the operation of this Chapter and the application and fulfillment of its objectives between the relevant institutions of the Parties.
Numbering 1.1 Nothing in this Section will be construed to limit or otherwise adversely impact in any manner either Party’s right to employ or to request and be assigned any NANP numbers including, but not limited to, central office (NXX) codes pursuant to the Central Office Code Assignment Guidelines, or to establish, by tariff or otherwise, Exchanges and Rating Points corresponding to such NXX codes. Each Party is responsible for administering the NXX codes assigned to it.
Licensing and Certification The Grantee shall ensure that all licensed and/or certified staff maintain a current license and/or certification if the programs and services associated with State Aid Commitment Diversion funds require professional licensure or certification.
METERING AND BILLING Metering requirements and billing procedures shall be set forth in the AEC rate schedule(s) applicable to the electric service account assigned to the location where the Generating Facility is connected.
Recognition and Negotiation 3.01 The Division recognizes the Canadian Union of Public Employees and its Local 2348 as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all employees of the Division set forth in the Manitoba Labour Board Certificate No. MLB 5017 dated the 4th day of February, 1994, and for those employees for whom the Division and the Union from time to time mutually agree upon.
