Individual Contracts The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be reflected in individual contracts or employment agreements.
Negative Balances If your Stripe Account balance (or the Stripe Account balance of any User Group Entity) is negative, or does not contain funds sufficient to pay amounts that you (or a User Group Entity) owe to Stripe, its Affiliates or Customers, then without limiting Stripe’s rights under Sections 4.2 and 4.3 of the General Terms, Stripe may debit the User Bank Accounts by the amount necessary to collect, and pay out to Customers if applicable, the amounts you owe.
Individual Contract The individual contract, executed between each teacher and the Board is subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement. It is specifically agreed that this Article takes precedence over and governs the individual contract and the individual contract is expressly conditioned upon this Article.
Non-Participation in Insurance Your initials on this clause of the Agreement acknowledges the Patient’s understanding that neither the CLINIC, nor its Physician, participate in any health insurance or HMO plans or panels and cannot accept Medicare eligible patients. We make no representations that any fees that You pay under this Agreement are covered by your health insurance or other third party payment plans. It is the Patient’s responsibility to determine whether reimbursement is available from a private, non-governmental insurance plan and to submit any required billing. (Initial)
Class Load 1. The teaching load of a teacher of the secondary school (six through twelve) will be limited to not more than five (5) preparations of different subject areas and/or levels. R: 03
Work Life Balance (1) The employer is committed to workplace practices that improve the balance between work and life for its employees, irrespective of gender.
Leave Balances The President and Vice-President will accrue vacation and sick leave during the period of absence; however, when the President and Vice−President return to state service their leave balances will not exceed their leave balances on the date the period of absence commenced. If the President or Vice-President retire or separate from state service at the end of the period of absence, their leave balances will not exceed their leave balances on the date the period of absence commenced. Reporting of leave will be submitted to the College. All leave requests will be submitted within the required time limits.
Hold Over A hold over beyond the expiration of the term specified herein shall not operate as an extension of this lease, nor as a renewal of it. Holdover fee of $100 per day will be applied
Minimum Balance Merchant agrees to maintain a minimum balance of funds in the Settlement Account as Bank may specify to Merchant in writing from time to time.
Licenses and Certificates Contractor shall, at all times during the term of this Contract, maintain in full force and effect such licenses as may be required by the State of California or any other governmental entity for Contractor to perform the duties specified herein and provide the services required pursuant to this Contract. Contractor shall strictly adhere to, and obey, all governmental rules and regulations now in effect or as subsequently enacted or modified, as promulgated by any local, state, or federal governmental entities.
