Access. 1. The Focal Point shall ensure that the NMFA and the Financial Mechanism Office or anyone mandated to perform tasks on their behalf, and the Office of the Auditor General of Norway, have upon request, prompt, full, and unimpeded access to all information, documents, persons, locations and facilities, public or private, relevant to the implementation of the Grant Agreement. Such access is subject to the applicable limitation under the national legislation of Beneficiary State.
Access. 1. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Financial Mechanism Committee and the Financial Mechanism Office or anyone mandated to perform tasks on their behalf, and the EFTA Board of Auditors, have upon request, prompt, full, and unimpeded access to all information, documents, persons, locations and facilities, public or private, relevant to the implementation of the Grant Agreement. Such access is subject to the applicable limitation under the national legislation of Beneficiary State.
Access. The Supplier is obligated to permit the Buyer or its representatives to carry out during normal working hours such inspections of the tooling and Goods in manufacture at the Suppliers premises, which concern this Order.
Access. Subject to an Order and these Master Terms, including Exhibit A (End User License Agreement), Hexagon will make the Subscription Licenses available to Customer for Customer’s use during the Subscription Term. Any renewal or extension of the Subscription Term shall be subject to such terms and product components as reflected in the applicable renewal or extension Quote issued by Hexagon (the “Renewal Quote”). Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer shall compensate Hexagon for Customer’s continued use of a Subscription after expiration or termination of a Subscription Term, at a rate proportionately calculated based upon the Renewal Quote and based upon the period of such extended use; provided that if no Renewal Quote is issued prior to expiration or termination of the Subscription Term, the initial Quote shall be substituted in the calculations set forth in this Section 2.1. 2.1 Přístup. V souladu s Objednávkou a těmito Rámcovými podmínkami, včetně Přílohy A (Licenční smlouva s koncovým uživatelem), společnost Hexagon poskytne Předplatné licence Zákazníkovi k jeho užívání po Dobu předplatného. Na případné obnovení nebo prodloužení Doby předplatného se vztahují podmínky a produktové součásti (komponenty), které jsou uvedeny v příslušné obnovené či prodloužené Cenové nabídce vystavené společností Hexagon (dále „Obnovená cenová nabídka“). Zákazník potvrzuje a souhlasí s tím, že je povinen hradit společnosti Hexagon odměnu za to, že bude nadále používat Předplatné po uplynutí nebo ukončení Doby předplatného, a to podle sazby přiměřeně vypočtené na základě Obnovené cenové nabídky a na základě doby takového prodlouženého používání za předpokladu, že pokud nebude před vypršením nebo ukončením Doby předplatného vystavena žádná Obnovená cenová nabídka, pak se ve výpočtech uvedených v tomto bodě 2.1 použije původní Cenová nabídka.
