PERSONAL DATA. 5.1 The Parties acknowledge that the Confidential information as well as other data that will be disclosed in the course of the Collaboration may contain personal data. The Parties agree to maintain confidentiality in respect of such personal data and to treat them, in compliance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) as well as in compliance with Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data.
PERSONAL DATA. “Personal Data” has the meaning given by applicable law and includes, without limitation, any information (regardless of the medium and whether alone or in combination with other available information) that identifies or relates to an identified or identifiable natural person. Key‑coded or otherwise pseudonymized data are considered Personal Data even if the holder of those data does not have access to the key that links the data to the identity of an individual. Personal data collected in association with the Study will include any information that Sponsor representatives are required to submit to the Contracting Parties, as well as Personal Data relating to the Principal Investigator, sub-investigators, Study Team Members, third parties, and trial subjects.
PERSONAL DATA. 17.1 The respective information on processing of personal data of the Vendor, if being a natural person, or the natural persons representing the Vendor or otherwise acting on its behalf or being its contact persons in relation to this contractual relationship, as the case may be, are available on xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xx/xx/x- spolecnosti/ochrana-osobnich-udaju; the Customer may update such information anytime; the current version is available on the mentioned website. 17.2 The Vendor undertakes to obtain in advance the consent or to provide information accordingly to the data protection legislation of all persons whose personal data is to be processed during the fulfilment of the Contract or for the purpose of achieving this fulfilment.
PERSONAL DATA. 1. The Provider hereby informs the User that for the purpose of performing the Contract established with the User's acceptance of these Terms of Service, they will process the User's personal data, mainly their phone number, email address, electronic identification contact and access data, identification data, etc., within the meaning of Regulation of the Europea n Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as "the Regulation").
2. When providing the Services under the Contract established with the User’s acceptance of the Terms of Service, the Provider undertakes when processing personal data according to this paragraph of the Terms of Service to protect such personal data in accordance with the requirements set out under the Regulation and Act No 110/2019 Coll., on personal data processing, as amended.
3. All processing of personal data shall take place in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Heimstaden Czech s.r.o., which the User read before concluding the Contract.
PERSONAL DATA. 14. OSOBNÍ ÚDAJE.
14.1. Hexagon reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to investigate any violation of this Exhibit D (Cloud Program Conditions) and/or AUP or misuse of the Cloud Services or Cloud Program. Hexagon may: (a) investigate violations of this Exhibit D (Cloud Program Conditions) and/or AUP or misuse of the Cloud Services or Cloud Program; and (b) remove, disable access to, or modify any content or resource that violates this Exhibit D (Cloud Program Conditions) and/or AUP. Hexagon may report any activity that Hexagon suspects violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or other appropriate third parties. Hexagon’s reporting may include disclosing appropriate information related to Customer or any User. Hexagon also may cooperate with appropriate law enforcement agencies, regulators, or other appropriate third parties to help with the investigation and prosecution of illegal conduct by providing network and systems information related to alleged violations of this Exhibit D (Cloud Program Conditions) and/or AUP. 14.1. Společnost Hexagon si vyhrazuje právo, avšak nemá povinnost, vyšetřit jakékoliv porušení této Přílohy D (Podmínky cloudového programu) anebo ZPP nebo zneužití Cloudových služeb či Cloudového programu. Společnost Hexagon může: (a) vyšetřit porušení této Přílohy D (Podmínky cloudového programu) anebo ZPP nebo zneužití Cloudových služeb či Cloudového programu; a (b) odstranit či upravit jakýkoliv obsah nebo zdroj, který porušuje tuto Přílohu D (Podmínky cloudového programu) anebo ZPP, nebo k takovému obsahu či zdroji znemožnit přístup. Společnost Hexagon je oprávněna oznámit jakoukoliv aktivitu, u níž má podezření, že porušuje jakýkoliv zákon či nařízení, příslušným představitelům donucovacích orgánů, regulátorům či jiným příslušným třetím osobám. V rámci tohoto oznámení může společnost Hexagon sdělit příslušné informace týkající se Zákazníka nebo jiného Uživatele. Společnost Hexagon může také spolupracovat s příslušnými donucovacími orgány, regulátory či jinými příslušnými třetími osobami v rámci součinnosti při vyšetřování a stíhání nezákonného jednání, a to tím, že poskytne síťové a systémové informace týkající se údajných porušení této Přílohy D (Podmínky cloudového programu) anebo ZPP.

PERSONAL DATA. 17.1 If the Vendor is an individual, it hereby explicitly agrees that the Customer as the controller will process and store the Vendor’s personal data in the scope of its personal identification and address data (in particular its name, surname, date of birth, address of permanent residence), e-mail address, telephone number and eventually other data that the Vendor provides to the Customer in connection to the Contract (hereinafter the “Personal Data”) in accordance with the Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on personal data protection, as amended (hereinafter the “Act on personal data protection”) for the purpose of offering a business or services and distribution of commercial messages, also in electronic form, throughout the duration of the Contract and for a period of 10 years following the termination of the Contract by any means. The Personal Data will be processed in the automated database by the Customer or by the processor with whom the Customer concludes a contract. The Vendor agrees that the Customer may disclose the Personal Data in the aforementioned scope and for the aforementioned purpose to third parties, in particular members of the Bayer group and cooperating organisations, both within and outside the EU. 17.2 In connection to the previous point of this article, the Vendor declares that it was familiarised by the Customer as the controller with the following information: The Vendor has the right to access the personal data processed about it and the right to correction of these personal data. If the Vendor identifies or believes that the Customer or the processor performs the processing of the Vendor’s personal data contrary to the protection of the Vendor’s private and personal life or contrary to the law, in particular if the personal data are inaccurate with regard to the purpose of their processing, the Vendor can ask the Customer or the processor for an explanation and demand that the Customer or the processor eliminates such deficiencies. This may particularly concern blocking, correction, completion or liquidation of the personal data. IQQuantum, as the administrator of the personal data that will be provided to it by the client on the basis of the contract, undertakes to process this personal data in accordance with legal regulations, in particular with Act No. 85/1996 Coll. (Advocacy Act) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC.
