Consumer Protection. The Provider follows the legal requirements of the Czech Republic applicable to the consumer protection, in particular the Civil Code. The consumer is allowed to settle disputes issuing from the Contracts concluded with the Provider by means of the alternative dispute resolution entity, which is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (xxx.xxx.xx), seated in Xxxxxxxxx 000/00, Xxxxx 0, xxxxxxxx 000 00. The line of business of the Provider is hostelry trade, accommodation services, and property management and maintenance. The expenditures on means of distance communication are set by the entities providing these services and do not differ from the standard rate. In accordance with the § 1834 letter j), the consumer is not allowed to withdraw from the Contract, if the provider is providing the performance in the agreed period. The communication with the Provider is hold in Czech language.
