Ownership. Cisco or its licensors retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in and to the Software, including copies, improvements, enhancements, derivative works and modifications thereof. Your rights to Use the Software are limited to those expressly granted by this EULA. No other rights with respect to the Software or any related intellectual property rights are granted or implied.

All trademarks, service marks, patents, copyrights, trade secrets and other proprietary rights in or related to the Licensed Materials are and will remain the exclusive property of Reseller or its licensors, whether or not specifically recognized or perfected under local applicable law. Customer will not take any action that jeopardizes Reseller’s or its licensors’ proprietary rights or acquire any right in the Licensed Materials, except the limited use rights specified herein. Reseller or its licensors will own all rights in any copy, translation, modification, adaptation or derivation of the Licensed Materials, including any improvement or development hereof.

You authorize Cisco to use any feedback and ideas You provide in connection with Your use of the Software for any purpose. Section 5. Limitations and Restrictions Unless expressly authorized by Cisco in writing or otherwise permitted under applicable law, You will not: (i) sell, resell, transfer, sublicense, or assign Your rights under this license (except as expressly provided herein); (ii) modify, adapt or create derivative works;
Ownership. 5.1 AVG reserves all rights in the Solutions not expressly granted by this Agreement. All copyrights, trademarks and other conceivable intellectual property rights in and to the Solution (including, but not limited to, malware signatures and other data files, images appearing in the Solution and screen displays as well as any and all documentation relating to the Solution) are owned by AVG or its licensors, and are protected by United States and foreign copyright laws, international treaties and other applicable laws. Any copy of a Solution you are permitted to create pursuant to this Agreement must contain the entire copyright notice and other notices included with the original copy of the Solution.
5.2 Any trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names or other distinctive brand features used with, on or relating to any third party products or services including Third Party Materials available on or through a Solution are the property of the third party providers or their respective licensors.
Ownership. 1. The Software product is protected by German copyright law, international copyright laws as well as by other intellectual property laws.
2. The ownership and the copyright of the Software product (including, but not limited to pictures, photographs, animations, videos, audio, music, text and “applets”, that are included in the Software product), the printed accompanying material and all copies of the Software product belong to VEBRI.
3. The Software product is to be treated like any other copyright protected material with the exception, that a copy of the Software is created for back up or archiving purposes. Through ownership, the installation or use of the Software the client acquires, apart from the user rights that are granted because of these GTC/EULA, no rights of the intellectual property.
Ownership. All Confidential Information is and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor. Neither this Agreement nor any disclosure hereunder shall be deemed, by implication or otherwise, to vest in Provider any license, interest, or ownership rights of any kind to or under any Confidential Information, inventions, patents, know-how, trade secrets, trademarks, or copyrights owned or controlled by Sponsor or its affiliates. Upon demand by Sponsor, the Site shall return all Confidential Information, including all copies thereof, to Sponsor; provided, however, that one copy of such Confidential Information may be retained by Provider in its confidential files for compliance purposes only.
Ownership. All right, title and interest to any Developments shall be solely owned by Sponsor or any designee thereof, and Institution and Investigator hereby assign all of their rights and interests in all such Developments to Sponsor or any designee thereof. Institution and Investigator agree to take such measures as Sponsor may reasonably request to evidence or perfect such assignment and ownership, including without limitation, by executing and delivering documents relating to such assignment and ownership, without additional consideration of any kind. Any costs incurred in connection with the transfer of intellectual property rights shall be paid by the Sponsor. 7.2 Vlastnictví. Veškerá práva, nárok a zájem na jakýchkoli inovacích bude vlastnit výhradně zadavatel nebo kterákoli jeho pověřená osoba, a nemocnice a zkoušející tímto postupují veškerá svá práva a zájmy na takovýchto inovacích zadavateli nebo kterékoli jeho pověřené osobě. Nemocnice a zkoušející souhlasí, že přijmou taková opatření, jaká může zadavatel rozumně vyžadovat, aby doložili nebo provedli takové postoupení práva a vlastnictví, mimo jiné včetně vypracování a dodání dokumentů, které se vztahují k takovému postoupení práva a vlastnictví, bez jakékoliv další úhrady. Náklady vzniklé v souvislosti s převodem práv duševního vlastnictví hradí zadavatel.
Ownership. Except where agreed in writing, nothing in this EULA transfers ownership in, or grants any license to, any intellectual property rights. You retain any ownership of Your content and Cisco retains ownership of the Cisco Technology and Cisco Content. Cisco may use any feedback You provide in connection with Your use of the Cisco Technology as part of its business operations.
Ownership. FOREGROUND shall be owned solely by the PARTNER or jointly by the PARTNERS creating it.
