Ownership. All trademarks, service marks, patents, copyrights, trade secrets and other proprietary rights in or related to the Licensed Materials are and will remain the exclusive property of Reseller or its licensors, whether or not specifically recognized or perfected under local applicable law. Customer will not take any action that jeopardizes Reseller’s or its licensors’ proprietary rights or acquire any right in the Licensed Materials, except the limited use rights specified herein. Reseller or its licensors will own all rights in any copy, translation, modification, adaptation or derivation of the Licensed Materials, including any improvement or development hereof.

Ownership. Oracle or its licensors retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to the Programs, Operating System, Integrated Software and anything developed or delivered under the Master Agreement.

Ownership. Except where agreed in writing, nothing in this EULA transfers ownership in, or grants any license to, any intellectual property rights. You retain any ownership of Your content and Cisco retains ownership of the Cisco Technology and Cisco Content. Cisco may use any feedback You provide in connection with Your use of the Cisco Technology as part of its business operations.

Ownership. Cisco and its licensors retain ownership in all intellectual property rights in and to the Cisco Content and Software and all underlying technology and associated Documentation related thereto. You authorize Cisco to use any feedback and ideas You provide in connection with Your use of the Software for any purpose. Section 5. Limitations and Restrictions Unless expressly authorized by Cisco in writing or otherwise permitted under applicable law, You will not: (i) sell, resell, transfer, sublicense, or assign Your rights under this license (except as expressly provided herein); (ii) modify, adapt or create derivative works;

Ownership. Sponsor is the exclusive owner of all Biological Samples and Biological Sample Analysis Data and the Contracting Parties shall treat Biological Samples as Confidential Information.

Ownership. Institution shall retain and store Medical Records. The Institution will assign to Sponsor all of its rights, title and interest, including intellectual property rights, to all Confidential Information (as defined below) and any other Study Data.

Ownership. OINA and OINA's licensors, respectively, retain ownership of all right, title and interest (including but not limited to copyright) in and to the Licensed Product, and all copies of the Licensed Product. Nothing in this Agreement constitutes a transfer or conveyance of any right, title or interest in the Licensed Product or a sale of the Licensed Product or copies of the Software.

Ownership. All Confidential Information is and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor. Neither this Agreement nor any disclosure hereunder shall be deemed, by implication or otherwise, to vest in Provider any license, interest, or ownership rights of any kind to or under any Confidential Information, inventions, patents, know-how, trade secrets, trademarks, or copyrights owned or controlled by Sponsor or its affiliates. Upon demand by Sponsor, the Site shall return all Confidential Information, including all copies thereof, to Sponsor; provided, however, that one copy of such Confidential Information may be retained by Provider in its confidential files for compliance purposes only.

Ownership. 5.1 AVG reserves all rights in the Solutions not expressly granted by this Agreement. All copyrights, trademarks and other conceivable intellectual property rights in and to the Solution (including, but not limited to, malware signatures and other data files, images appearing in the Solution and screen displays as well as any and all documentation relating to the Solution) are owned by AVG or its licensors, and are protected by United States and foreign copyright laws, international treaties and other applicable laws. Any copy of a Solution you are permitted to create pursuant to this Agreement must contain the entire copyright notice and other notices included with the original copy of the Solution. 5.2 Any trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names or other distinctive brand features used with, on or relating to any third party products or services including Third Party Materials available on or through a Solution are the property of the third party providers or their respective licensors.
