Common use of Right of withdrawal for consumers Clause in Contracts

Right of withdrawal for consumers. If the Customer is a consumer pursuant to Sec. 52 (4) of the Slovak Civil Code (Občian- sky zákonník, "OZ"), he/she has a right of withdrawal for a period of 14 days in case of the conclusion of the contract. Consumer pur- suant to Sec. 52 (4) OZ means every natural person who, in concluding and performing the contract, does not act within the scope of his/her business or profession. Hereafter, the tern "contract" means the purchase of the Ser- vice Package "Porsche Connect Care". In the following, the Customer is instructed on his/her right of withdrawal.
