WITHDRAWAL OF THE CONTRACT. The client can withdraw from the contract before the termination of the agreed period and is obliged to indemnify the accommodation provider only if he could not prevent termination of the contract. The client undertakes to pay for the provided accommodation and related services the price in accordance with the valid price list. The payment is due upon departure after one week’s stay at the latest. The bill is payable on presentation. A client who is accommodated before 6am undertakes to pay for the previous night. A client who requires accommodation before 12 noon and due to this fact the room can not be rented undertakes to pay for the accommodation for the previous night too. The accommodation provider can withdraw from the contract if the client breaks the house and accommodation regulations grossly and after warning or does not observe good manners.
