Volba práva. This Agreement and the rights and obligations of the parties hereunder shall be governed by and interpreted, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Czech Republic, exclusive of its choice of law rules. Courts in Czech Republic have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any disputes between the parties, and each party hereby consents to the interpretation of laws, jurisdiction, and venue in the court sitting in Czech Republic. Tato smlouva a práva a povinnosti smluvních stran dle této smlouvy se budou řídit a budou vykládány a vymáhány v souladu se zákony České republiky bez ohledu na pravidla týkající se volby práva. Soudy České republiky mají výhradní pravomoc rozhodovat v jakýchkoliv sporech mezi smluvními stranami a každá ze smluvních stran tímto souhlasí s výkladem zákonů, soudní pravomoci a místní příslušnosti soudu se sídlem v České republice.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply.
