BREACH OF CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS. 7.1 If the Business Partner breaches the obligations under this Agreement and AQ suffers a loss thereby the Business Partner is obliged in accordance with statutory provisions to provide compensation. This will not apply if the Business Partner is not responsible for the breach of obligation.
