Formal Requirements. Sämtliche Vereinbarungen, nachträgliche Änderungen, Ergänzungen, Nebenabreden usw. bedürfen zu ihrer Gültigkeit der Schriftform, somit auch der Originalunterschrift oder der sicheren elektronischen Signatur.
Formal Requirements. If it is necessary to sign orders, contracts and/or other agreements, they must be signed in writing or electronic form in order to be effective. In order to preserve the electronic form determined by legal transactions, an electronic signature other than the one specified in § 126a BGB, namely a so-called simple or advanced signature within the meaning of the SigG (cf. § 127 (3) BGB), is also sufficient; e.g. through the electronic signature via "Adobe Sign" or "Docu Sign".
