General Conditions. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (‘terms’) OF Standout GMBH (Standout)
1. Offers and contractual relationships: All contractual relations between Standout and clients/customers (hereinafter to be referred to as the ‘customer’) shall be solely subject to these ‘terms’. All other contradictory or deviating conditions mentioned by the customer shall only be accepted on condition they have been explicitly approved by Standout. In cases of hire or purchase the additional conditions in sections II and III shall also apply. Orders placed by the customer are binding and irrevocable. Standout shall be entitled to accept this order
2. Customer cooperation: On order placement the customer shall also become obliged to ensure proper and punctual provision of all documentation according to the dates agreed (i.e. plans, models, permits, and guidelines for execution etc.) that shall be necessary for completion of the order by Standout. This documentation must be provided in such a form as to ensure faultless completion of the order. In particular, the customer shall be responsible for the collection of, and payment for (at his/her own expense), all permits required for the execution of the order. Samples of items and materials provided to the customer of Standout for inspection, must be confirmed as accepted in writing and returned within the deadline provided; otherwise they will be considered to have been ‘accepted without changes’.
3. Scope of services: If not stated otherwise, Standout shall only be obliged to deliver the items ordered to the place determined for collection. The customer shall be obliged to place a separate order with Standout for assembly/dismantling and other additional services.
4. Venue for collection: As a general principle the venue for collection shall be the address provided in the order for deliveries. If the customer places an order for a delivery to a specific trade fair the venue for collection shall be at the stand in the hall named by the customer at the trade fair in question.
5. Time of delivery: As a general principle the time of delivery shall be determined by Standout and announced to the customer. When possible Standout will take into account wishes stated by the customer in the order; or seek to make an agreement with the customer. General Conditions. 1.1. The following General Purchasing Conditions (GPC) apply to all contractual relations between PAWI Verpackungen AG (known as PAWI) and their suppliers. Upon acceptance of the order by the supplier, the GPC are deemed accepted. All modifications or amendments require a written agreement.
1.2. General terms and conditions of business, sales or delivery of the suppliers are explicitly rejected and do not apply, even if they are not explicitly contradicted.
General Conditions. 1.1. The following General Sales Conditions (GSC) shall apply to all current and future deliveries and services of PAWI Verpackungen AG (known as PAWI).
1.2. By placing an order with PAWI, the customer accepts these GSC. Amendments or additions to these GSC are only valid if they have been accepted in writing by PAWI. Customers' general terms of purchase are hereby explicitly rejected and do not apply.

General Conditions. These general terms and conditions of use apply to all hotel reservations made through the Call Center of Swiss Budget Hotels Sarl. Swiss Budget Hotels only acts as intermediary and cannot be made responsible for information provided by the hotel members or for any services provided.
General Conditions. 1. The Terms of Service, including the documents it incorporates by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Open Food Network and govern your use of the Services and your Account, superseding any prior agreements between you and Open Food Network (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
2. The failure of Open Food Network to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms of Service, including all terms and conditions and other documents it incorporates by reference, is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, such provision will be changed and interpreted so as to best accomplish the objectives of the original provision to the fullest extent allowed by law, and the remaining provision of the Terms of Service will remain in full force and effect.
General Conditions. 1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall apply exclusively to orders placed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Drunck GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "G&D" or "we") and contracts for the purchase of goods and services by G&D (together referred to hereinafter as "orders") from a third party (hereinafter referred to as "supplier"). Any terms and conditions of the supplier that contradict or deviate from the terms and conditions of purchase are not recognised unless we have expressly agreed to their validity in writing. Our Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall apply exclusively even if we refer to a letter containing or referring to such conditions or if we accept the delivery or the service without reservation, even if we are aware of conflicting or deviating conditions of the supplier.
1.2. These conditions apply to entrepreneurs (§ 14 Paragraph 1 BGB (German Civil Code)), public corporations and special funds under public law.
1.3. They also apply to future transactions with the supplier from ongoing business relations.
General Conditions. The supplementary conditions for services supplement the General Terms and Conditions for Delivery and Services (issue 12/2016) of the contractor.
1.1 Cooperative duties of the ordering party
1.1.1 The ordering party has to take the required measures at its own expense to ensure that the services can be provided in time and without interruption. The ordering party must ensure especially that the required qualified personnel, devices, means of transport for materials and personnel, instruments, parts and services, required to commence the performance of the services, are made available at the place of performance in time and in adequate quality and quantity, unless it has been agreed that this is incumbent on the contractor. The personnel employed must be qualified for the task in hand. All materials made available must be in good order and condition and adequate for the intended application. The ordering party has also to ensure adequate lighting of the place of performance.
1.1.2 The approach route leading to the place of performance must be safe for pedestrians and motor vehicles. The place of performance itself must be ready for the execution of the task in hand.
1.1.3 In the event of work being performed in closed spaces, the building must be in a state permitting work to be carried out under normal conditions.
1.1.4 Prior to the commencement of the performance of the services, the ordering party has to provide the required details regarding the location of concealed electric, gas or water mains if the work involves the disturbance of the existing fabric.
1.1.5 The choice of the qualified personnel made available to the contractor by the ordering party must be agreed with the contractor. Such personnel will be directed by staff of the contractor, but will remain in the employment and under the supervision and responsibility of the ordering party. If required, the ordering party will make available the services of interpreters. Unsuitable personnel may be refused by the contractor and is to be replaced at the expense of the ordering party.
1.1.6 The ordering party, at its own expense, will ensure adequate safeguarding of the place of performance, including offices, stores, workshops and recreation rooms, as well as the subject matter, materials, devices, personal possessions of the personnel of the contractor against theft, damage, destruction and other detrimental influences.
