General meeting of the Transferring Company The approval of this Merger Agreement by the general meeting of the Transferring Company is a condition to this Merger Agreement and the transaction contemplated hereby. Subject to article 17 (2) Merger Act, the board of directors of the Transferring Company shall submit this Merger Agreement to the general meeting of the Transferring Company with motion to approve.
