Governing Law. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall exclusively apply. The United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.

Governing Law. 15.1 This Agreement shall be governed by German Law. The UN Sales Convention (United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods dated 11.4.1980) and the German international private law shall be excluded.

Governing Law. This Guarantee and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection herewith shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law.

Governing Law. 9.1 Zur Entscheidung aller aus dieser Lizenzvereinbarung entstehenden Streitigkeiten - einschließlich einer solchen über sein Bestehen oder Nichtbestehen - wird die ausschließliche Zuständigkeit des für Handelssachen zuständigen Gerichts in Wien vereinbart. Erfüllungsort ist Wien. Die Lizenzvereinbarung unterliegt ausschließlich dem Recht der Republik Österreich unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts. 9.1 All disputes arising out of this Licence Agreement, including those relating to its existence or non-existence, shall be decided on in accordance with the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction in commercial matters in Vienna. Place of fulfillment is Vienna. This Licence Agreement is exclusively subject to the law of the Republic of Austria excluding the UN sales law.

Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by Swiss law with the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts located in Zug, Switzerland.

Governing Law. All legal transactions, especially transactions that are subject to these GTC, (including their interpretation and any issues regarding their initiation and/or conclusion) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without giving effect to its conflict-of-law rules as far as they refer to the application of a foreign law. If in cross-border situations the Austrian law provides for the application of special international substantive standards that are applicable also in Austria, such as e.g. the established UN Sales Convention, those standards shall not be applied.

Governing Law. 9.1 Diese Lizenzvereinbarung unterliegt dem materiellen deutschen Recht ohne Verweisung auf kollisionsrechtliche Normen. Sämtliche Streitigkeiten, Auseinandersetzungen oder Ansprüche aus oder im Zusammenhang mit dieser Lizenzvereinbarung unterliegen der ausschließlichen Gerichtsbarkeit der Gerichte in Frankfurt/Main. 9.1 This Licence Agreement shall be subject to, interpreted and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Germany without any reference to conflict of law statutes. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in relation to this Licence Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Frankfurt/Main.
