Promotion rules. 1. Participation in this promotion is conditional upon the Promotion Participant's enabled consent or granting of consent to provide commercial information at the time of placing an order during this promotion and according to the content of the clause found in particular at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, in the Client Panel or when placing an order for a service during this promotion.
2. The amount of discount granted to the Participant under this promotion and upon fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the promotion is the difference between the standard net price specified in the price list available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ and the promotional price specified in these Regulations.
3. The discount is granted to the Promotion Participants for giving their consent to the transmission of commercial information, according to section V.1. above. The Promotion Participant has the right to withdraw the consent to the sending of commercial information by ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. The discount will be granted for the duration of the Promotion Participant's consent to the transmission of commercial information, as specified in the clause referred to in section V.1. of these Regulations, in proportion to the duration of this period, up to the maximum duration of the promotional Subscription Period.
4. Withdrawal or non-granting by the Client of the consent to send commercial information by ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ during the promotional Subscription Period of the service may result in the loss of the Client's right to the discount and the obligation on the part of that Client to pay the standard price specified in the price list available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, from the day following the day on which the consent to send commercial information was withdrawn (or from the day following the day on which ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ obtained information about the non-granting of the consent).
5. The promotion applies to domains ordered by the Client via the website ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ during the promotion period, whereby under the promotion the Client is entitled to order an .eu domain for the first Subscription Period lasting one year at a promotional price of 10.00 EUR net.
6. In addition, the Client is entitled to order a domain specified in section V.5, for a Subscription Period longer than that specified in section V.5, provided that such service is available. Benefitting from the promotion is conditioned upon the Customer not having had an active CDN ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Service for the Hosting Service during the last 30 days prior to the order date.
2. When ordering the CDN ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Service under the promotional terms described in Section V.1. during the Subscription Period beginning during the Subscription Period of the Hosting Service, the promotional Subscription Period of the CDN ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Service lasts up to the end of the Subscription Period of the Hosting Service.
3. The selection of the service in the promotion is made during the order process. The number of services available in the promotion described in section V.1. is limited to one item.
4. Renewal of the Subscription Period of the service ordered in the promotion shall be made on the terms and conditions in effect at the time of ordering in accordance with section IX of the General Terms and Conditions. The proforma invoice referred to in section IX.1 of the General Terms and Conditions shall be issued 10 days before the end of the Subscription Period of the service ordered in the promotion.
5. In case of non-payment of the proforma invoice referred to in Section V.4., ending of the Subscription Period of the service ordered in the promotion results in deactivation of the CDN ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ service.

Benefitting from the promotion is conditioned upon the Customer not having had an active Konvertierung in das webp-Format Service for the Hosting Service during the last 30 days prior to the order date.
2. When ordering the Konvertierung in das webp-Format Service, under the promotional terms described in Section V.1. during the Subscription Period beginning during the Subscription Period of the Hosting Service, the promotional Subscription Period of the Konvertierung in das webp-Format Service lasts, as a maximum, until the end of the Subscription Period of the Hosting Service, on condition of having an active CDN ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Service. The Promotional Subscription Period of the Konvertierung in das webp-Format Service ends upon expiration of the CDN ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Service.
3. The selection of the service in the promotion is made during the order process. The number of services available in the promotion described in section V.1. is limited to one item.
4. Renewal of the Subscription Period of the service ordered in the promotion shall be made on the terms and conditions in effect at the time of ordering in accordance with section IX of the General Terms and Conditions. The proforma invoice referred to in section IX.1 of the General Terms and Conditions shall be issued 10 days before the end of the Subscription Period of the service ordered in the promotion.
5. In case of non-payment of the proforma invoice referred to in Section V.4., ending of the Subscription Period of the service ordered in the promotion results in deactivation of the Konvertierung in das webp- Format service.

The use of the service ordered during the promotion period is subject to the general rules for the use of services, contained in the General Terms and Conditions and the Regulations of the Hosting Service and the Additional Service, and the service specification available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.

Promotion rules. 3.1. Participants have to complete the form and enter a slogan, after which a winner will be randomly selected from the Participants who submitted the registration and answers to questions..
3.2. The random selection of the winners will take place before the 15th of August 2022. The winners will be notified by email in the same week. If a winner does not respond within five working days, the runner up will automatically be designated the winner and will be notified by email.
3.3. If a winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize within 5 working days after being contacted by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Germany, the winner is deemed to have rejected the prize and shall no longer be eligible to receive the prize. Shimano shall be entitled to select a new winner.
