SALES / DISTRIBUTION OF SAMPLES. 6.1 With regard to the sale of exhibition pieces, the exhibitor is obligated to display the item in question with a clearly leg- ible price label and to comply with the regulations regarding price labelling. The acquisition of and compliance with trade and health commission authorisation is solely the responsibil- ity of the exhibitor. 6.2 In the event of violation of 6.1, LMS is entitled, without affecting the further liability of the exhibitor to pay the rent- al amount in full, following a prior reminder, to demand the immediate closure of the stand, as well as the exclusion of the exhibitor from participating in this and any future event; a claim for damages on the part of the exhibitor does not exist in this instance. LMS reserves the right to carry out all neces- sary checks, including of those of people and their baggage, within the trade fair grounds as well as at the exits for this pur- pose.
