103. The Major Release is 10.x • The Minor Release is .1 • The Patch Release is .18 • The build number is 103.
103Prime Rate" shall mean the rate from time to time publicly announced by Wachovia Bank, National Association, or its successors, as its prime rate, whether or not such announced rate is the best rate available at such bank.
103Treasury Regulations" shall mean the Income Tax Regulations promulgated under the Code, as such regulations may be amended from time to time (including corresponding provisions of succeeding regulations).

103Securities Laws" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.5(a).
103. Person" means an individual, partnership, corporation, business trust, limited liability company, limited liability partnership, joint stock company, trust, unincorporated association, joint venture or other entity or a Governmental Body.
103. Parent DC Plans" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(g).
103. “Outsourcing Service Fees” means the amounts set forth in Schedule 6 that are payable by Company on a monthly basis following the Turn-On Date for the Outsourcing Services provided by Amdocs hereunder, including any Maintenance Releases and Configurations.
103Proxy Statement" has the meaning set forth in Section 5.17.
103. SECTION" means the designated section of this Agreement.
103Unsuitable for Its Primary Intended Use" shall mean, with respect to any Facility, a state or condition of such Facility, such that (a) following any damage or destruction involving such Leased Property, such Leased Property cannot reasonably be expected to be restored to substantially the same condition as existed immediately before such damage or destruction, and as otherwise required by Section 10.2.4, within twelve (12) months following such damage or destruction or such other period of time as to which business interruption insurance is available to cover Rent and other costs related to such Leased Property following such damage or destruction; or (b) as the result of a partial taking by Condemnation, such Facility or Leased Improvements, as the case may be, cannot be operated, in the good faith judgment of Landlord and Tenant, on a commercially practicable basis for its Primary Intended Use taking into account, among other relevant factors, the number of usable units, the amount of square footage or the revenues affected by such damage or destruction or partial taking.
