A point of connection means a point (boundary of property) between the electrical installations of the distribution system operator and the connecting party, unless some other agreement has been made. The point of connection is specified in the connection contract.

Transmission Provider: The “Transmission Provider” shall be the Office of the Interconnection for all purposes, provided that the Transmission Owners will have the responsibility for the following specified activities:
