ABA Members Plans definition

ABA Members Plans means the ABA Members Pension Plan and the ABA Members Retirement Plan, collectively.

  • The rights, powers, titles, duties, discretions, immunities and obligations of the Trustee shall be governed by this Agreement, the ABA Members Plans, the ABA Members Collective Trust, the Administrative and Investment Services Agreement, the Program Interface Agreement and the terms of any supplementary agreement entered into between ABA RF and the Trustee.

  • In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Section 17.19 and the provisions of the ABA Members Plans, the provisions of this Section 17.19 shall control.

  • Committee Members means persons formally appointed by the Board to sit on or to chair specific committees.

  • Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.

  • Full Member means any person who is in one of the categories of membership referred to in Rule 10.3.

  • Investment Committee means the committee in charge of investment aspects of the Plan, as described in Article VII.

  • Retirement Committee means a committee consisting of the Company’s Vice President of Human Resources, the Director of HR Operations and the Compensation & Benefits Manager.

  • Associate Members means the individuals or firms which have agreed to Joint Venture in connection with the Project;
