ABL Representative definition

ABL Representative has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph hereof. In the case of any Replacement ABL Agreement, the ABL Representative shall be the Person identified as such in such Agreement.

ABL Representative as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement.

ABL Representative means, with respect to any series of ABL Obligations, the administrative agent or collateral agent or other representative of the holders of such series of ABL Obligations who maintains the transfer register for such series of ABL Obligations and is appointed as a representative for purposes related to the administration of the security documents pursuant to the ABL Credit Agreement or other agreement governing such series of ABL Obligations.
