Examples of Above Standard Services in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Landlord agrees to perform, as Above Standard Services, Tenant’s repair and maintenance obligations with respect to the Leased Premises.

  • The cost of providing security at such Major Properties shall be paid (or reimbursed to Tenant) by Landlord as an Operating Expense, except that if Tenant desires security services in excess of those commensurate with the prevailing standard as provided above, Tenant shall bear the cost for such additional security as Above Standard Services Rent.

Related to Above Standard Services

  • Standard Services means the standard Services referred to in Schedule 1 (Services) of this Framework Agreement;

  • Standard Service means Facilities which meet good economic electric industry practice including safety, reliability and operating criteria and standards consistent with the particular characteristics of service as determined by FortisAlberta acting reasonably;

  • Passenger Services means, those railway passenger services provided by or on behalf of the Beneficiary pursuant to the permission to use track granted in accordance with the Track Access Agreement;
