More Definitions of Absorption Rate

Absorption Rate means, with respect to each Development, a number equal to the projected average monthly closings of Units over the life of the Development. The Absorption Rate shall be determined for each Development by Bank in its reasonable discretion based on Bank's review of an appraisal for the initial Project in each Development and such other facts or matters as Bank deems to be appropriate in its reasonable discretion.
