Academic Affiliation Agreement definition

Academic Affiliation Agreement means the applicable Affiliation Agreement by and between CSMC and any institution where the Respondent holds a faculty appointment, including but not limited to that certain Affiliation Agreement by and between The Regents of the University of California on behalf of the University of California, David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA (“UCLA”) and CSMC, dated August 26, 2004.
