Academic Career definition

Academic Career means the maximum period during which a Faculty Member/Professional Librarian is eligible to be awarded an Article 21.06, Schedule A career progress increment that has a monetary value greater than zero. The maximum length of this period shall be: 2.02.1 thirty-five (35) cumulative years for Members who hold the rank of Professor or Professional Librarian IV; or 2.02.2 twenty-five (25) cumulative years for Members who hold the rank of Associate Professor or Professional Librarian III; or
Academic Career means a period of thirty-five (35) cumulative years for Members who hold the rank of Professor or Professional Librarian IV, or twenty-five (25) cumulative years for Members who hold the rank of Associate Professor or Professional Librarian III, or ten (10) years for Members who hold the rank of Assistant Professor or Professional Librarian II. The maximum number of academic career years as defined here does not preclude an individual from spending more or fewer years as a Faculty Member/Professional Librarian.
Academic Career means the sum total of all academic work undertaken by a student that is grouped into a single student record.

Academic Career means through the completion of a student’s Student’s currently enrolled academic program (including certificate or non-degree seeking status).
