Academic school year definition

Academic school year means the time students are in school during the dates and times set by the school calendar and adopted by the Board, including summer school.
Academic school year means the school calendar year as defined by the local school district school board in IC 20-30-2-3.
Academic school year means three quarters or two semesters of a twelve month school year.
