Accelerated courses definition

Accelerated courses means courses delivered in shortened semesters which are expected to have the same number of contact hours and the same requirement for out-of-class learning as courses taught in a normal semester.

Forcible felonies are not willful injury in violation of Iowa Code section 708.4, subsection 2; sexual abuse in the third degree committed between spouses; sexual abuse in violation of Iowa Code section 709.4, subsection 2, paragraph “c,” subparagraph (4); or sexual exploitation by a counselor or therapist in violation of Iowa Code section 709.15.

  • Elective Course means an optional course to be selected by a student out of such courses offered in the same or any other Department/Centre.

  • Permitted Country means any country listed on Schedule 4 to the Participation Agreement.

  • Juvenile court means the district court of this state.

  • Improper governmental action means any action by a district officer or employee:

  • Medical malpractice judgment means any final order of any court entering judgment against a

  • Enforcement Action means any action to enforce any Obligations or Loan Documents or to exercise any rights or remedies relating to any Collateral (whether by judicial action, self-help, notification of Account Debtors, exercise of setoff or recoupment, exercise of any right to vote or act in a Loan Party’s Insolvency Proceeding, or otherwise), in each case solely to the extent permitted by the Loan Documents.
